WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW
First, You need to be saved.
"For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God." Romans 3:23
"I tell you , Nay; but , except ye repent , ye shall all likewise perish," Luke 13:3
SECOND , YOU CANNOT SAVE YOURSELF.
"Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us." Titus 3:5
THIRD, JESUS HAS PROVIDED FOR YOUR SALVATION
"For God so loved the world that He gave his only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." John 3:16
FOURTH, YOU MUST ACCEPT JESUS FOR SALVATION
"Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved." Acts 16:31
FIFTH, NOW IS THE TIME TO ACCEPT JESUS AS SAVIOR.
"Behold, now is the day of salvation," II Cor. 6:2
WHAT TO DO
"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thy heart that God hath raised Him form the dead, thou shalt be saved." Romans 10:13
FINALLY, WILL YOU BOW YOUR HEAD AND PRAY THIS PRAYER?
Dear God,
I confess that I am a sinner. I ko believe that Jesus Christ died for me to pay my sin debt and the best I know how, I trust Him now and receive Him by faith as my Savior.
For God sent not his son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
He that believeth on him is not condemned; but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. John 3:17
"He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him." John 3:36
Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, "I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light on life." John 8:12
Jesus saith unto him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." John13:6
For by grace are ye saved through faith: and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. Eph.2:8-9
But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. Heb.6:6
Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. James 2:19
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness: and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. John 10:9-13

SALVATION MADE CLEAR
Can you tell me what it is that would make you go to heaven should you die today? You can know (according to the Bible) that you are his child. {1st John} May be this will help.
The following is about the misunderstandings of true salvation.
Being baptized does not save you or even help you get saved. Going to church will not save you. If you never smoke, drink, curse or run with them that do. You are still a sinner and will go to hell. Ephesians 2: 8-9 says "Not by works of righteousness, but according to his mercy he saved us." This is clear teaching from the King James Bible. However, most people are trusting in being good {or maybe not so bad} to get them to heaven. So if you are trusting in being good, then why did Christ die! Are there two ways to get to heaven? No, the way of the cross is the only way that leads home. "Jesus said unto him, I am the way, and the turth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." John 14:6.

Many people trust in teaching a Sunday school class, belonging to a church, a good organization, walking down a church ale or just being a good parent; but, that is still good works. You see trusting the lord, is not believing that he is really up there, {Thoughts in your mind} because it says that the devil believes and trembles. The fact of God's existence is not the same thing as giving your heart to him. There is a difference between saying: "Yes I believe that God is real" or "I want him to be the boss in my life." True salvation is making your will bow to his will. Why do people call Him LORD anyway?

If you were to stand before Jesus today and he were to ask you "Why should I let you into my kingdom?" What would you say? Would you tell him about some heavy experience that you had, or that you were in church and you were healed, or some miracle? It is fine to be healed but if you trust that for your sin payment you will surly go to hell. You see there is nothing that you can do to save yourself, not baptism or if you never say a single curse word. Please don't trust man's works of righteousness for your salvation.
I tried my best to get saved by begging. "Oh God please save me?" I must have asked God a hundred times over 3 months to please save me. But, after ever time I would wait to see how I felt. I wanted to believe that I was saved if I felt something. It is not by feelings, but by faith. If I had felt something funny when I prayed, I would have put my trust in that instead of the cross and would have went to hell with the devil for ever and for ever.

You can't partly believe that because everything goes right and partly because Jesus Died on the cross. Let us just suppose that you ask Jesus to save you the right way and that afternoon your house burns down. Are you going to say? "All shucks, I knew it did not work." What does that have to do with salvation? Can you not separate the issues? As a matter of a fact something usually does happen after you get saved to test your faith. If you really had faith you would say, "Whew, I am glad I got save this morning, now I have HIM to help me through this."

It will not work unless you are willing to give your life to Christ for the rest of your life. That means let him be Boss forever. You may be thinking...that you will have to do everything you hate to do. No, No, a thousand times no. You will like what God ask of you. Jesus said, no man hath given up anything who shall not receive manifold more in this present time. God is just. God will give you much more than you give him. God loves you so so much. I did not say that you will want everything good and hate everything bad. The spirit of God comes on the inside, but wars with the flesh. He is always pulling on you to do right but the flesh is always pulling you to do wrong. You can understand this if you read Romans chapter 8.

If God is good enough to create you, the trees and the animals. Why would he want to make you unhappy? Friend, happiness is the Lord. You see King David said over and over that he would love God's law. He was saying God's rules are good for me. You are blind until you learn that obedience is good. Where has doing your will got you anyway? Even if you are rich in money you are still very unsatisfied inside. The only thing that repairs the heart of man is obeying God.
Here is another great misunderstanding. So many people think that if you believe that God is really up there then you are saved. I will show you in the Bible that it is a counterfeit salvation. Believing {with the mind} the fact that, God is alive, is not the way to heaven. The Devil believes and trembles. (See James 2:19)
Others say, "Ah, I did that when I was a kid. I went down to the alter and prayer a prayer and asked God to save me." Did he save you? Saying some words is not salvation. You say WHAT? Yes, just because you say some words does not mean you give him your heart. You can never trick God into saving you. You must give your heart to him, desire his guidance and presence, and walk ever day looking for his leading. This will not happen all at once. But as you go to him he will come toward you. The more you go to him the more the lights will come on in your heart. He is the light of the world.
Please ask God to save you right now by faith, {only in the cross.} Tell him, that right now you are asking him to be the boss. Then start listening for him to speak in a still small voice. If you are not willing for him to be the boss, then he will not save you. I John 1:9 says, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
